DMS was engaged by our company beginning in 2009 and became a critical team player until we chose to sell our business in August of 2017. During this time, DMS managed every aspect of our back office from AR, AP, Payroll, Accounting, regulatory matters, reporting and client collections. During the seven years of working with DMS, they also managed a partnership separation and generated a finance package that resulted in successfully refinancing all company debt following the partnership separation. A proprietary web platform for remote project management was recommended by and implemented by DMS, who managed the system implementation from start to finish – on time and on budget. DMS provided all manner of controllership services, virtual CFO services and assisted with negotiation and consummation of the sale of the business in 2017. The sale of the company could never have been accomplished at the favorable pricing and terms had we not had extensive processes and procedures in place that made the company a virtual turnkey handover to the buyer. As a key team player, DMS’ attention to detail provided us with the freedom to focus on the growth and marketing aspects of our business.
